The amount retained may be up to 100% of the Ticket price where the expenses actually incurred equal the Ticket price.
7.5. The Service Provider may reschedule or cancel a Session due to the condition of the animals, technical or sanitary reasons, closure of the park/venue, force majeure, or other circumstances preventing the safe provision of the service.

It is recommended that the request specify the Purchaser’s full name, order/Ticket/Gift Certificate number, telephone number, e-mail address, date and time of visit (if applicable), reason for the refund (optional), and payment method. 9.9. A visit using a Gift Certificate shall be booked through the Website by selecting the date and time of the visit.
9.10. A refund for an unused Gift Certificate may be requested by the person who paid for the certificate in accordance with the procedure and time limits prescribed by law. If cancellation occurs more than 5 days before the Event, the prepayment shall be refunded in full unless otherwise agreed by the parties and provided that such agreement does not conflict with applicable law.
11.1. The contact area is open to visitors aged 3 years and older.
11.2. Children under 14 years of age may enter only when accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult must purchase a separate Ticket.

11.5. The Visitor must comply with the Visitor Rules and the instructions of the Service Provider’s staff/animal keeper.

Visitors are prohibited from: bringing their own food for the animals; bringing pets; using flash photography; picking up animals; hand-feeding, frightening, restraining, or chasing animals; disregarding the animal keeper’s instructions; failing to wash their hands before and after contact; refusing replacement footwear; using strong fragrances; or taking any action that creates a risk to animals, persons, or property.
11.7. The Service Provider may refuse admission or terminate a Session in the event of aggressive behavior, alcohol or drug intoxication, failure to follow the animal keeper’s instructions, a risk to animals or guests, signs of an infectious disease, arrival with animals, an attempt to visit with children under 3 years of age, or any other breach of the Visitor Rules.
11.8. Visitors shall independently assess whether they are able to visit the animal contact area in light of their individual circumstances, including possible allergic reactions to animals, fur, hay, bedding, feed, or other environmental factors. If in doubt, the Visitor is advised to consult an appropriate specialist in advance and/or refrain from visiting the contact area.

11.8.2. If the Visitor sustains a scratch, abrasion, or other minor injury, the Visitor must immediately notify a Cafe employee. The employee shall assist with initial treatment of the minor injury and record the incident where necessary. A Visitor’s failure to disclose a minor injury or refusal to seek assistance from a Cafe employee may make subsequent consideration of a claim more difficult.
11.9. Before entering the contact area, the Visitor may be required to review the Visitor Rules and confirm acceptance thereof.
12.1. Visitors may take personal photographs and videos subject to compliance with the Visitor Rules.
12.2. Personal photography and video recording are subject to the following restrictions: no flash, no professional equipment, no tripod, and personal use only, unless otherwise separately agreed with the Service Provider.
12.3. Photography and video recording of the general environment, animals, interiors, employees, and visitors may take place within the Cafe premises and contact area. Such materials may be used by the Service Provider on the Website, social media, and in CapyCafe advertising and informational materials.
12.4. The Service Provider endeavors to use such materials so that visitors who appear incidentally in a frame are not the principal subject of the recording. A Visitor who does not wish to appear in photo or video materials must notify the Cafe administrator before the Session begins.
12.5. Publication of materials in which the Visitor is the principal subject, appears in close-up, provides a testimonial, poses, participates in a staged shoot, or is otherwise clearly singled out in the frame shall be carried out with that Visitor’s separate consent. For minor visitors, consent shall be provided by the legal representative.

13.5. The rules of specific promotions and prize draws shall be approved by the Service Provider’s management and may be published separately.
