2. Scope of this Consent

This Consent applies to forms used for purchasing tickets and gift certificates, submitting feedback, applications for events and/or private café bookings, and other forms connected with the performance of a contract or the submission of a user inquiry.

This Consent does not constitute consent to receive advertising communications, to the use of advertising cookies or pixels, or to the publication of photographs or video materials. Where the Operator carries out any such processing, the relevant consent shall be obtained separately.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• processing the purchase of a ticket or gift certificate, a visit booking, an application, or an inquiry;
• confirming a purchase and sending an electronic ticket, electronic gift certificate, rescheduling or cancellation notices, or visit reminders;

• an online cash-register service, fiscal data operator, and other services necessary to generate and send fiscal receipts;
• Registrar of Domain Names REG.RU LLC — for Website operation, hosting, and corporate e-mail services associated with the domain;
• e-mail notification services — for sending electronic tickets, gift certificates, purchase confirmations, visit reminders, and rescheduling or cancellation notices;
• government authorities and other duly authorized persons — in the cases and in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

7. Term of Consent

This Consent shall be effective from the moment it is given and shall remain in force until the purposes of personal data processing have been achieved or until the personal data subject withdraws the Consent, unless a longer retention period is required by the laws of the Russian Federation, a contract, or another lawful basis.

Data relating to payments, fiscal receipts, refunds, claims, and accounting and/or tax records may be retained for the periods prescribed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

The personal data subject may withdraw this Consent by submitting a request to the Operator by e-mail at info@capycafe.ru or by post to the Operator’s registered address.

Upon receipt of a withdrawal request, the Operator shall cease processing the personal data unless other lawful grounds for continued processing exist under the laws of the Russian Federation.

Where the personal data subject provides personal data relating to third parties, the personal data subject confirms that they have a lawful basis for transferring such data to the Operator.
